We are all affected by our various relationships – be it with our partner, spouse, children or work colleagues.
When things go wrong we sometimes need support in finding a way forward.
Prolonged grieving can result from many things including:
- Death of a loved one
- Divorce
- Redundancy
- Death of a pet
- Moving house
Sometimes we get “stuck” in what is a natural process of grieving. Talking to someone else can encourage the shift to move forward with more hope.
Facing older age sometimes brings overwhelming feelings of;
- loneliness
- isolation
- vulnerability
Coping with some realities of the latter phase of life can be hard.
I can help you face this challenge.
I visit residential care homes and can visit those who are unable to travel.
You may be caring for someone who is terminally ill or facing the end of you own life. In either case it may be helpful to talk in confidence about your feelings and needs.
